We appreciate our renters! In order to make their lives as simple as possible and get them moved in to their new rental property as quickly and easily as we can, we have simplified the rental process. Simply fill out our Rental Application and submit it to us (instructions can be found below) and we'll have you moved in and loving your new rental in no time.
How to Apply for a Rental Home
We've made the process for renting a home managed by Kumba Property Management as simple and painless as possible.
You will be required to fill out a Rental Application and send it back to us. Since all applications require a credit check we require payment of $50 (USD) in order to process your application. If you have any questions about this payment, please feel free to call us. Follow these simple steps to get your application process started.
- Download the Rental Application: You can download the Adobe Acrobat version of our application by right clicking on the button below and choosing "Save File As...". You will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have that installed, go to this link and you will be given directions to get that done.
- Fill out the application: You may fill out your rental application electronically or print it out and hand write in the available fields. Please be sure to fill this form out completely before submitting it back to us. You will need to give us your payment information in order for us to process your application. AMERICAN EXPRESS NOT ACCEPTED.
- Submit the application to us: Once you have filled out the rental application, you can submit it to using one of the following methods:
- Save the form to your hard drive and email it as an attachment to sales@kumbarealty.com.
- Faxing the printed version of the form to us at 407-260-5704.
- Bringing or Mailing the form into our offices.
- Call us at 407-260-7033 if you have any problems submitting this form.
