We value each of our potential tenants, and in order to be fair to all applicants, we may move onto other applicants if you do not provide information or payments in a timely manner. Please be responsive, and work with your applicant coordinator in a timely and efficient manner.

Each individual home owner is allowed to restrict or deny pets from their properties. Please see the individual property for restrictions specific to that property. If pets are not allowed at a property you are applying for, it is often for reasons outside of our control.
When pets are allowed, the only pets allowed are domestic cats and certain domesticated breeds of dogs. Please be upfront and honest about dog breeds. A total of three pets is usually the maximum unless otherwise specified.

* About restricted breeds: We love dogs (our mascot is even a dog) and do believe any breed can be trained to be loving and wonderful pets. So it comes with some sadness that we have to state up front that we cannot approve certain breeds of dogs for our properties. These are not restrictions we created, these are common blacklisted dog breeds by Home Owners Insurance and HOA and Community Association bylaws, and we are tasked with enforcing these restrictions.
