• Learn more about renting - If this is your first time renting a home or just your first time renting a home with us, you can start here to learn more about the process of renting and what we will need to get from you to get started.
• Fill out an application - Filling out an application to rent one of our homes has never been easier. Just visit the page for the home you are interested in on our Rental Properties page and click on the "Apply Now" button to get started.
• Employment Verification Form - This form is to be filled out and signed by your employer.
• Rental Verification Form - If you are currently renting, this form is to be filled out and signed by your landord.

Being one of our tenants has become easier than ever.  In our goal to streamline the service we provide you and our owners we are automating the services you most often need.  These include:

• Make Payments Online - You can make your payments online and even have them deducted on a monthly basis in order to make life easier for you and help maintain a spotless payment record.  Create an account on our Online Payment Portal and you will be setup in minutes.
• Request Repairs or Maintenance - Requesting assistance for repairs and maintenance is now as simple as filling out a form or calling our repair services line.  Find out more on our online Repairs and Maintenance center.
