Lidya Gongage is the Broker and Founding Owner of Kumba Realty and Property Management.  Known as "Momma" to her friends and family (and quite a few of her customers), she is the heart and soul of Kumba Realty.  She has prospered as a Realtor since 1995 and has won numerous sales and achievement awards, including three of Stirling Sotheby's International Realty's highest honors: Top Sales Executive, Top Listing Agent and the Shinning Star Award.  As founding owner of Kumba Realty and Property Management, her personal mission is to have each of her customers feel as comfortable with her as their property manager as they would feel with a family member, and to know that she will take excellent care of their investment.  To find out more about Lidya, click here to view her full profile and accreditations.

Michele C. Rodriguez

"Awarded "Top Producer" in 2006 by her former Brokerage, after having sold close to $3.5 Million in Real Estate that year, as well as earning the same "Top Producer" title with Kumba Realty in 2008 and 2009, Michele C. Rodriguez has a proven track record as an experienced Realtor. As a Full-time and Full-Service Realtor, Michele specializes in Residential Sales and Property Management. Michelle Schmiedecke

Michelle serves as the organizational heart of Kumba Property Management. She a wealth of experience handling the internal operations of Kumba.  Michelle is also a licensed mortgage broker and is available to assist buyers needing to find financing for their future home. Michelle is not only a fantastic office manager, but a very talented artist who's work has been showcased throughout Orlando's finer gallery's and museums.
